I have had numerous conversations with Katie who talks over me telling me this was done to code. She promised me twice last week that her manager would call me and I have not heard from anyone. "Company inspected my chimney on Tuesday. Large hole needed attention plus waterproofing. Keithan Gas and Chimney put a rush on my chimney cover as a storm was coming the next day. Chimney was waterproofed and repaired ahead of the storm. The effort was above and beyond. Would hire again!"

"We were told that this would be a one-day project, and they could get it done without impacting our business. Not only did it take far more than one day (three weeks to be exact) it severely impacted our operations and cost us a significant amount in lost revenue. I have called several times during the project and requested for a member of management to call me regarding the issues with this and have never received a call back. The project failed the first inspection and took two weeks for them to get the second one scheduled. due to their lack of planning and follow through with the city. I would not recommend this company if you were on a specific timeline and they were far more expensive for the same work than other companies."
