"It really is a big deal when you find a team that delivers what they promise and they do it with exceptional service and quality. Cassella Design & Build is that team! It has been amazing to work with them. Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep. I can't say enough great things about his company. I will no doubt have them out here to do I highly recommend them!"

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "Next Level did a sprinkler system installation for me. Julian, the point person and (I think) owner for Next Level, communicated well throughout the process. He took his time to explain the technology, his reasoning for the proposal, the timeline, and the options and tradeoffs. His quote was the most competitive among the 4 I received, and he took care of everything. We had a couple of hiccups due to weather, but he otherwise delivered on the schedule he promised the day he provided the quote. The team was fast (completed the project in about 6 hours) and very neat. Very happy with the outcome."

"I hired Jovel to build stairs, retaining walls and planters connecting my existing patio to a new patio that I also hired Jovel's company to build. The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid.
