The fireplace looks great. The price was reasonable. The team at R. Bratti was responsive, friendly, accommodating, efficient, and wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

My interior designer, familiar with R. Bratti products, directed me to this company. I am glad she did: R. Bratti fabricated and installed a beautiful marble countertop. An inept plumber, brought in by the general contractor, mounted the faucet using plumber's putty. Plumber's putty must never be used on natural stone, such as marble or granite, because the oil it contains is absorbed by the stone and produces ugly greasy stains. R. Bratti's vice president then personally came three times to apply a special poultice to pull out the oil from the marble and then sent his workers to buff out the scratches left by the plumber. What an incredible level of customer service!

It was a pleasure working with the people at R. Bratti. I went there first with my interior designer to select the marble for my fireplace (which would be covering brickwork between the fireplace opening and the surrounding mantlepiece). They set up an appointment to measure my fireplace opening, and  I came back there to work with Jose in selecting exactly how the three pieces of marble would fit together to ensure a seamless look. They were very meticulous in ensuring that I was completely happy with the final selection, and shortly thereafter they scheduled installation. The installation went very well and the final product is beautiful. My experience with R. Bratti was excellent--they are very professional.

Good to work with. They also honed existing granite thresholds and had them shaved to create a ramp instead of step, call a handicap ramp? Had simple edges, made round corners and other corner changesincluded in the price. They also prove you with your template.c all in

Although Bratti does lots of commercial work, they were patient with this first-time granite buyer in the warehouse. I'm particular, so I wanted to choose the slab (they were willing to move slabs around so I could look at them) and watch them position the paper templates onto the slab, to select the best part of the stone. Most of their employees (thank you, Murat) were gracious and helpful, although I asked lots of questions and changed my mind about which stone I wanted. The first team of installers were not what I had hoped. They left a mess in our garden, where they set up to make detailed cuts in the stone, and they cut a hole for a heating pipe inaccurately, so there was a gap between the granite and the pipe one one side. They did fit the granite beautifully in the rest of the kitchen, including around an irregular window sill. I called Bratti about the gap, and they promptly sent what they called the A team to fix the job. This team was tidy and professional. They caulked the gap next to the pipe. We have been enjoying the countertop for a year and a half. It is stunning - the highlight of a much-improved kitchen. Despite the hiccup with the first installers, I will definitely go back to Bratti whenever we need stone. They were recommended by our neighbors, for whom they have installed several beautiful countertops.

I would recommend them extremely highly. They are very, very good. They did an excellent job of precise measuring and finishing of the stone. They did an excellent job. The care they took in measuring stood out because when the stones were delivered they fit perfectly on the cabinetry in both the bathroom and the kitchen. The contractor who did the kitchen commented on the outstanding job they did. Normally he has to cut and trim here and there so that everything fits and he didn't have to do anything there. Their granite fit around all of the nooks and crannies and variations in the walls.

I was very pleased with R. Bratti. It was very helpful to be able to visit their showroom in Arlington rather than having to keep driving out to one of the places in the outer suburbs. My sense is that they are a bit more expensive, but for me this was worth the time saved. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful and the counters look fantastic. They estimated two weeks from measurement to installation, but were able to push that up a couple of days at my request. My only constructive advice would be to increase email responsiveness. I suspect I would have gotten quicker responses if I had called, but my job makes it easier to shoot off a quick email than to spend time on the phone and there were a few times where email responses took quite a while. All in all, though, I recommend R. Bratti highly.

After visiting several granite installers/suppliers Bratti's was actually a pleasant experience. A large warehouse to choose from, an immediate sample to take home, competitive pricing and friendly, efficient service. I chose my granite, they gave me a date for in home measure, arrived on time. Same for installation. Quick, easy, efficient, punctual, excellent job done.

The workmen who came to the house for the templating appointment were on time, professional, and very helpful in answering my questions on specific issues in the kitchen. When the template was made "on paper" at the showroom, I was able to go in and select where the cut pieces would be on the granite slabs by moving the pattern around where I chose. However, the granite slabs they had received did not match the sample I'd initially chosen from. Of course I understood these are works of nature and never exactly the same, but an integral color was missing from these particular slabs. Margaret, in the showroom, was especially patient and helpful, made calls to other granite suppliers, and I was able to go preview other slabs to find ones with the necessary color. They then made arrangements to obtain these new granite slabs for our kitchen, at no additional cost. The final countertops were ready on time and installed within the time promised.

R BRATTI HAD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND UNUSUAL GRANITES IN THE WHOLE METROPOLITAN AREA. THEY HAD VARIETIES THAT I HAD NOT SEEN ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY WERE VERY GRACIOUS IN SHOWING ME THE GRANITES AND THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD.
