Was able to replace the door switch on my microwave (had the OEM part in his cargo van). We reached a fair agreement on price due to this unfortunate situation. He also provided a temporary fix on my refrigerator’s defrost drip tray (which was cracked and leaking). Even though in my case, no model number is visible, just his stating that possibility tells me that his communication with clients is more forthcoming and direct than that of typical competitors. So, that made a favorable impression and I think the firm is earning its money and deserves business over its typical competitors. In the end, a staffer from firm (Freddy) had to see the oven for himself and he determined the part and had one with him and completed the repair. The overall price was comparable to the one the Angi firm quoted."
