I hired Roger to repair a washer. He diagnosed the problem and completed the project in a timely manner. He came in on July 4th in the morning and completed the job in an hour. His prices were fair. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

A valve in my refrigerator's icemaker broke, spraying water like crazy. He came out on time ( actually earlier than scheduled after calling to make sure that was ok) and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came back a few hours later with the parts and expertly repaired my refrigerator. I've got his number programmed in my phone now and should I need an appliance repaired, I'm calling Thompson Appliance Repair.

Rodger had to return with the part that had to be ordered. The entire 2 hours, he was professional, pleasant and very patient with installing and taking out the appliances which was difficult at best, but he was cordial and proficient in ensuring me that I will get my appliance back up and running efficiently. I called Thompson Appliance Repair for a repair to my GE gas cooktop. Two of the four gas eyes would not light. The technician worked on my stove that had corosion and food stuck in it and was able to get them working. This saved me a ton of money for my 13 year old appliance. I appreciate him being honest and giving me an option of repairing and not replacing the cooktop. I am happy with the service I received. I received same day service and he arrived on time and charged me fairly. I recommend and will use him in the future.
