The technician was polite, efficient and seemingly knowledgeable. My only objection was to the price, which was $250 for a gasket that I could have bought online for much less than that and $250 for less than an hour of labor.

I discovered that our refrigerator wasn't cooling on a Thursday night, left a message for the company that evening and they called me at 7:30 the next morning and came out--when promised-- that Friday afternoon at 5 PM. The technician was friendly and pleasant, quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I suddenly remembered that one of the stove burners only heated intermittently so, on my request, he also looked at the burner problem and then ordered the part needed to fix the burner. The parts came in Tuesday morning and both repairs were quickly made Tuesday afternoon. I was very pleased and would certainly use the company again.
