"We called Tom’s to give us a second opinion on our ac that wasn’t working after being quoted $11,000 from another company. Sonya answered and was very professional but also personable which made us feel comfortable from the start. Although we were given a similar diagnosis, Tom’s gave us most options that were available to get our ac back up and running. Not to mention they quoted us only $7,000 to replace the whole system which is way better then the quote from the other company but they also quoted us to repair the issue within the original unit. Hunter and Lane were very informative when diagnosing our ac issue and they used some high tech tools that verified and gave us extra comfort in what they were saying.
