About us
We are a national inspection company and have been in business since 1987. We perform both commercial and residential property condition inspections as well as additional inspection service for pool, spa, wells, and termite/WDI. We also offer construction phase inspection during the building process. We use the latest technology such as infrared imaging to help pinpoint electrical concerns, thermal deficiencies and even locate active water leaks hidden to the naked eye. All of our inspectors are insured and professionally trained for your protection. We strongly encourage our clients to be present during the inspection and verbally explain all our finding with pictures at the end of the inspection. We are so confident in our ability to provide the best possible inspection service that we provide a free warranty as well as a host of other benefits to include checking major appliances for safety recalls.

Mr. John Kalina performed the inspection in very professional manner. He conducted a meticulous inspection and identified several issues not previously identified by me or builder. The report provided by Mr. Kalina was detailed, easy to follow, and pictures were of good quality. He explained in detail the problem areas and recommendations. Great service!

I was very very pleased with Rodney. He was very detail oriented, took pictures and spent a lot and a lot of time explaining everything. As a first time home buyer I was extremely concerned about every small detail and he made it a point to be responsive. My real estate agent at the end of it all was frustrated but Rodney was not. I am looking to buy another house and will absolutely use him again. Thanks

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am very surprised at this review, but I think I know why. You were being relocated through a buyout program due to flooding in Onion Creek area of Austin, TX. I was instructed to fill out a form required by the program to state the conditions of the home you were wanting to acquire. The home was in very poor condition with structural movement, damaged and altered plumbing as well as a significant amount of mold on interior and wood rot on exterior. I was simply doing my job with what I had to report. I know you saw the potential and wanted to fix it up, however, I was obligated to answer the questions honestly for the purchaser of the property. I feel your review was very unfair, given the fact that I was only doing my job and had an obligation to the organization funding the loan to purchase the property."

James performed an inspection of a new home prior to our closing date to provide us with peace of mind that the home was built with high standards. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and documentation throughout the inspection. James was very friendly and eager to educate us and explain his findings. He performed a inspection of the exterior elements of our home including the roof and foundation, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler system, etc. We received our inspection report with photos and very detailed explanations the same day as the inspection. James and Rodney were very professional and were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

James Comeaux and John did an amazing job as they thoroughly inspected my new (prospective) home. They checked out the roof, exterior siding, interior, and as much of the attic that they could access (there's no decking so not much). This team went above and beyond and made sure to ask me if there were any particular areas I was concerned about before they started and also took time to answer all my questions at the end after they went over all the photos. This particular company also offers several really great services like checking for recalls on any appliances included in the home (oven/dishwasher/etc) and a few other assurances. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and the fantastic service they provide.

John Kalina came to my house (on July 4th!!) and did an amazingly thorough job finding large and small problems. After his lengthy inspection, he sat down with me for over an hour explaining and showing photos of what he had found, how to contextualize the information, and what to do next. The resulting report will be extremely useful for making better decisions about purchasing this property.

Rodney Twyford performed the whole house inspection for us prior to the end of our builder's warranty next month. Rodney did an extremely thorough job and provided a detailed inspection report with pictures to document the repairs that the builder needs to compete for us. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness. The price was more than fair for the amount of effort he made to inspect the entire house...even difficult to access areas. I would recommend Rodney and his company to anyone without reservation.

Phenomenal experience. David was the definition of professional and wonderful to work with. We weren't able to be present for the inspection but he called us the night before to address all our concerns going in and called us the night after to go over the inspection report. He went far above and beyond our expectations and I would use him and NPI for all my inspection needs in the future.
