Horrible,the owners wife, Pauline,is going to be the downfall of this business.Errors like you would not believe,the owner Ken,could not validate a breakdown of all services rendered,but he knows how to collect a $5900 check.We will never use this business again,nor will we reccomend them.TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

That was the last thing that happen when they came out they did not my correct address they were late and in the wrong address twice. He was to fix my water turbine and to move a toilet and install on the basement and was supposed to install a sink and faucet they didn't have the materials the had to come back a couple of days later before they come back my other contractor came and said the water was leaking and water was coming out everywhere.

Very quick and the work was well done.

Had no hot water back in March of this year so I called Plumb Care back in March of this year and they came out. On the phone, we had agreed to replace out 18 year old hot water heater for a $900 flat fee. However, once the technician saw we had an 80 gallon hot water (which I had told the person on the phone at Plumb Care as we have a Jacuzzi tub), the price went up to $1900 because this size heater is considered a "commercial" heater. After some haggling with the technician, I decided not to replace the hot water heater. Instead, after talking with the technician, we opted to replace all the electrical parts on our original heater - elements and thermostats. That worked, and we had hot water - for 6 months. Then, no hot water. Through contacts, learned to "reset" the thermostat buttons on the the thermostats on the hot water heater. We did that and, pronto, we had hot water. But only for a day or 2 So we reset the thermostat again. Again, hot water for a day or 2. Then, no hot water. This was in September. So, due to past bad experiences with Plumb Care, we called in another plumber. What he found, scared the h*ll out of us! The water heater wiring for the new thermostat installed in March was not tightened down. As such, electrical arcing occurred and killed the new thermostat. This arcing also created enough heat to melt the plastic on the wiring and, the new cover of the thermostat. We, almost had a fire folks! Also, the thermostat was not properly installed where it was in direct contact with the hot water heater, so accurate temperatures to turn the thermostat on and off, were not obtainable by the thermostat. Based on these issues with the upper thermostat, we had the lower thermostat checked this week with the new plumber. Guess what? It too, was not installed properly. We had the new plumber fix this also. So, in summary, 2 uses of Plumb Care this year, and they are 0 for 2 with me. I do not recommend them at all as the work quality is sub-standard, and their rates are way above market (25%?) for our area. BTW, I did e-mail Plumb Care on this issue, as well as provide them with photos of the "burnt" components on my hot water heater. They have not responded as of this posting.

Horrible experience. After repairing 4 leaking faucets (and 6 others of the same age), had to get them back out to repair 4 of those faucets as they were still leaking. Only had 5 brass stem and seal kits on the truck so they took seals off other "plastic" stems and put just seals on 5 of my faucets. Four of those "seal only" repairs leaked within 3 days (75% failure rate). Yes, they came out and fixed the 4 leakers (on 2 trips) but why did they not just go get the "correct" new stems and seal kits and do it all right "the first time"? Labor price is way above market in my area too given the low quality workmanship I received. See my other rating on hot water heater repairs that is even worse!

Called answering service on a Saturday and received a call back from Jordan he explained what the cost would be, time and a half to come out or I could wait until Monday when it would be cheaper. I opted to pay for the Saturday call , pay them or pay a high water bill. He arrived 1 hr as he said, explained what needed to be done, work was completed, parts replaced and cleaned up after repair. Would use him again if needed.

Arrived on time and finished work in a very timely fashion and at a very fair price. Would definitely hire again!

Michael was very knowledgeable and quickly repaired the pipe. While they didn't bill our insurance, they were very helpful in providing the invoice quickly with a clear description of the damage to help with our insurance claim.

Ken was over the next day to give us an estimate...his crew was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and at a bit less than the estimate. Great folks to work with.

Ken came out the house and helped us think outside the "bathroom" box. They installed a shower in a closet adjacent to the bathroom and did it in 5 days. They worked with our schedule and completed the work on time. We are still very pleased as the shower is working properly with no issues.... Thank you to Ken and his team!!!!

Michael was very polite, helpful, and professional. He did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. I will definitely call Plumb Care again for any plumbing issues that might come up.

They came the same day during the hours they promised. They did not spend much time, simply told me the water was not coming from a leak from the Water Authority's pipe and they could not say where it was coming from. They suggested I check the crawl spaces of the townhouses on either side. Later that day I called the Water Authority and they checked outside faucets, etc., of other townhouses and found the leak was coming from an outside faucet two units away from mine. I paid $108 for the call (which I know they have to charge) but they spent about 15-20 minutes here.

Overall the project went as planned but took a little longer than anticipated because of a couple mishaps with ordering materials. However, the overall professionalism of the entire crew more than made up for it. Specifically their knowledge of working on older homes (nothing is square) resulted in a better than anticipated result. Also offered good ideas that saved me money.

Jordan not only found out that the part needed was under warranty, he ordered it and installed it promptly after the part came in. He was extremely polite and helpful.
