The only issue is that with our first fire, the house again filled with smoke and I placed a call back to inquire what his thoughts were on the matter and he never returned my call. Ultimately, we decided it was downdrafts causing the smoke and we have been able to enjoy our fireplace since without incidents. Cost $100"
