"We were given a very fair price upfront for our chimney sweep. Most companies say $89...but then you have to pay 15-20 per foot over a certain amount, so you end up with a $400 bill. This company charged $165 flat. The work was done well, in a timely manner, and he left the place clean. He also took the time to explain what he did, and tips to help reduce buildup in the future."
