"More work was needed than was originally quoted. Final price was over double the initial quote. Scheduling was difficult. One worker needed to have scheduled surgery during the project and that resulted in several different Cougat teams working on the project. This resulted in the project not going as smoothly as it should have and communication between the teams could have been better. They cleaned up every day very well. The finished job looks good although the top of one chimney is not the same as it was originally."
