"We have been working with Robert and his team since fall 2019 and have hired them to clean and service our chimney as well as do some repairs including installing a new flue liner and re-bricking the back wall of our firebox. Robert and his team were professional and helpful, and we will continue to work with them each year for our annual inspections and cleaning because of their knowledge and professionalism. "Jet from Neat Sweep was fantastic! She was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond. We were struggling with a worsening odor, and she found and removed a dead squirrel from my boiler exhaust. Without being asked, she cleaned out the exhaust piping and then recommended to me the components that weren't salvageable, and how and where I could replace them. By the end of the night, my chimneys were clean, and my home smelled fresh once again. Thank you for your great service!"
