Get matched with top ring installation pros in Merrifield, VA

"We own a small family operated jewelry store and decided to get ADT for protection and surveillance. Prior, we just had Ring and it was not sufficient or reliable. This has clearer cameras and a much better app experience. Happy with our new system and equipment."

"Aldo quickly responded to my request for a quote for installing outdoor Ring cameras that required new wiring. He came out the very next day with his colleague Sokol to check out the devices and installation locations, explain to me the installation process (how they would install the cameras, the materials they would use, and the way it would look upon completion), give suggestions on placement, and provide the quote. I was very happy with how they explained the job to me, and I was quite comfortable with the quoted price. They were able to do the installation on the same-day, and the work turned out beautifully and the cameras work as expected. Overall, Aldo and Sokol were very kind, professional, informative, and skilled! I’ve very satisfied with my experience, and I highly recommend Red and Black Security to others in need of the services they offer! If ever needed, I would most definitely do business with them again in the future!"

"It's all very user friendly and reliable. Jeremy helped get us setup with our new system - he was great, very informative and candid. Larry came out and installed everything, and he was a pleasure. I totally recommend 1st Security USA to anyone in the Washington DC metro area."

"They were fast, efficient and very courteous. Their prices were reasonable and they offered to come hang my bigger TV when it is delivered even though they have already installed the mount. I would definitely use them again and recommend their service."

"excellent.  Great guy, punctual, great work.  Having him back out to install 4 closet lights next week.

"Easy to make an appointment for a service call to have locks re-keyed. Technician arrived within given time, was extremely courteous and even fixed the bad installation of one lock. Forgot to mention Angie's list for a discount but will definitely use them again."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"Right from the start I had a good experience. I was fortunate enough to have Travis as my contact person and can't say enough about him. He was so pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. There were a couple minor mix ups along the way but I just called and Travis took care of it and made everything right. He definitely provided excellent customer service which unfortunately is very rare these days. The installation technician was also very pleasant and took his time making sure everything was set up correctly. I had to reschedule several times but they were very understanding and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend them :)

"We enjoyed discussing the project with Mr. Bradshaw and getting an estimate in advance.  We had read positive reviews on Angie's list and hoped that we would have Sergio do the actual work.  We were delighted that Sergio was assigned to the project.  He did an outstanding job!  He was polite, professional, paid attention to detail and was very competent in his work.  We highly recommend his work and will be using DAB  and Associates again on other renovation projects.  We are anxious  to have the tile in our kitchen and family room installed and expect that we will have another positive experience with these  folks!
