We thought it would be a simple fix but it ended up being challenging to actually find the blown transformer that was causing the issue. He troubleshot and then repaired the blown transformer. He also had a ring chime available with him so no need for an extra trip or for us to go out and buy one. Armand also was very communicative about the expected costs, as well as with when he was going to arrive, which we appreciated. We would definitely use him again."

"In terms of how did it go well out of 1 to 10 it was a firm 10. The first technician that came out did an analysis of our game plan, his name is Dale. He was kind courteous and made me laugh! Melas Who actually came and installed the doorbell was again kind courteous and very thoughtful! So many times we’ve been disappointed with things like this and I am just so happy to say that all said and done I would hire them for anything! I also have to say that Lauren who help me with the scheduling was very accommodating and kind and made me feel like I was part of the Wilcox family! "They came by the house the same day I contacted them to give me a quote and go over a plan of what I needed installed and locations since it was a new construction home. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very accommodating to our schedule and unforeseen delays with our home settlement. I already had some of the brackets for the TVs and for the 2 that I didn't they offered to buy them for me at cost, they also purchased the brackets for the Bose speakers. The installation went very well, all TVs and soundbars have no visible wires nor cable boxes, very clean install, they look like they belong in a store showroom or model home. While they were completing the installation my wife decided to add two floating shelves below the TVs which were not originally part of the installation plan, but Ralph and Kevin were super accommodating and installed them for us. The 5.1 surround sound system sounds even better than when I had it installed in my condo, now I can hear all 5 speakers at all times, they were very creative in the way the system was wired. They were also very considerate that we just moved into a new home and avoided making any large holes to our walls, only the necessary small ones to install the speakers. As an adhoc to this installation, they will be installing WiFi spots for me as well. I highly recommend them, I will refer them to friends and family and will definitely hire them again for future jobs. The best in audio/video installation."
