We thought it would be a simple fix but it ended up being challenging to actually find the blown transformer that was causing the issue. He troubleshot and then repaired the blown transformer. He also had a ring chime available with him so no need for an extra trip or for us to go out and buy one. Armand also was very communicative about the expected costs, as well as with when he was going to arrive, which we appreciated. We would definitely use him again."

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"LV Electrical folks were superb during our ceiling fan installation — up two flights of stairs to the top level, installed circuit box/support and fan — absolute minimum of drywall cutting AND in an area where it is not readily visible — great advice on where best to place the switch — arrived on time, took no-contact precautions throughout the work, finished in under two hours after a thorough cleanup. “Terrific” doesn’t come close to their work — we are most pleased and grateful for the professional work performed this morning. "I had E-TEC install our attic fan on the roof last week. The whole project literally went so well. I talked to Heidi, she explained and answered all my questions very kindly. She explained that E-TEC has a fixed price (VERY REASONABLE) - which I liked. And she said that they do not come out just for the estimate - pictures of our house were enough. I liked the approach because many times other companies come out for "free" estimate and try to make up that free time through upselling or higher rate or so. Scheduling was easy. Came out in a week for the install. Mark/Daniel explained what they are doing to ensure that I don't worry about leakage. They were very professional and nice as well. The Installation finished in about 3.5 hours. After the install they explained how to operate (kill switch) or etc. Also, I had some dead mouses in the attic. I had told them I will pick them up later, but they just picked them up and cleaned. And one of the hot days, my wife noticed right away the difference. I can't be more satisfied!"
