"Armand was very helpful in troubleshooting why our ring doorbell wasn’t working. We thought it would be a simple fix but it ended up being challenging to actually find the blown transformer that was causing the issue. He troubleshot and then repaired the blown transformer. He also had a ring chime available with him so no need for an extra trip or for us to go out and buy one. Armand also was very communicative about the expected costs, as well as with when he was going to arrive, which we appreciated. We would definitely use him again."

Not only did he expertly install new lighting (heavy stuff, too!) but offer clever suggestions on how to add new wiring to install a new light over our kitchen stove, install new wiring and new light over our fireplace, add new wiring for a new outdoor light on our deck, and install new outdoor landscape lighting. Oh, he also repair/replaced our fluorescent lights in our basement that were intermittently going on and offer. I would hire Steve in a heartbeat for any electrical job. "Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.  
Gary will come by tomorrow afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out.

"A lightning strike caused our security system to become non-functional.  UGSS assessed the system, replaced the main unit, control panels, door sensors, cameras and checked that the wiring and sensors worked througout the house. 
UGSS sent out Andy to do the original assessment and then the first replacement visit.  Due to the severity of the problem, multiple visits were necessary, which we agreed was appropriate.  Andy did an awesome job with the installation and programming and taught us how to operate the new system.  The remaining visits when similarly as well and we are happy with the work performed, the attitudes of the installers, and the site preservation/clean up.  Ordering and scheduling through the main office was accurate and the team left informative voice mails when they couldn't reach us.  Only suggestion we would make is to follow up directly with the office if you make a request of the technician.  Between appointments, we realized that the technician had not remembered to let the office know of an additional item we needed to be ordered.  It took longer then to complete the full job.
