The kitchen, powder room and butler pantry are beautiful. Our new exterior doors are such an improvement and make such a difference in the outside appearance of our home. We had to go out of town for a few days and were quite comfortable with Kevin and his crew continuing the work in our absence. The project just flowed and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied. "I called on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the following day (my issue was NOT an emergency). The office staff called in the morning to confirm my appointment and again to let me know that the plumber was on his way. Don showed up promptly and was very friendly and courteous. I explained to him that my upstairs shower faucet was leaking a steady stream of hot water. This has been an ongoing problem for years, and another company told me years ago that the only true fix would involve cutting a hole in the wall to replace the valve itself. Now that the dripping had become a stream, I was expecting a big mess and an outrageous bill. However, Don told me it could also be fixed with a valve repair kit without having to go through the wall. As promised over the phone, he had the equipment on hand and had the repair done much faster than I expected. He showed me the price what the other company suggested years ago (which involved unnecessary work) , and it was double the cost of the work Atomic did. He could have easily gone along with what that company had said, but he was honest about what was truly required. After the work was complete, he showed me the old parts that he removed so I could see exactly what the problem was. I'd highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. "This was the third time we have hired Val from Irish Accents and Renovations. The first time we hired Val was for a master bath downstairs, this time he did a renovation of one of our upstairs baths. He was originally recommended to us by friends at work. When we hired him the first time, we did our due diligence: got multiple reviews, checked references, etc. Now he is our go to guy for work. He is versatile, has an eye for detail and has high standards for his work. He is personable, responsive and welcomes discussion and collaboration. With this remodel, he demo'd the tile floor, portions of drywall and wainscoting and removed the vanity and fixtures. He opened a wall to inspect the plumbing, and removed the entry door. He installed a new tile floor over a waterproof underlayment (Schluter system), installed a new vanity, wainscoting and trim and reinstalled fixtures. Additionally he installed a new pocket door to ease entry to the bathroom. This required a consult with a structural engineer and at his direction the construction of a box header in the attic above the door, which Val completed without difficulty. He also completed some electrical work required by the pocket door and installed a new outlet, replaced the bathroom vent fan, installed new exhaust vent piping and painted the entire room, including ceiling. He is honest and provides cost estimates based on labor and advises on finishes while keeping your costs in mind. As I mentioned, this is the third time we have hired Val. At our recommendation he also did a major renovation of our neighbors master bath. Finally, Val is on site and does much if not all of the work himself. Val will be our first and only call when we consider future projects."

"Five plumbing companies provided quotes to replace the main sewer line and install an in-ground clean out at my house. Mr. Rooter's quote was not the least expensive but it was the most reasonable and professional. Every person I dealt with was consultative, courteous and good at what they do. The work started on time and finished in about 4 hours. The only surprise was a good one: the technician discovered a second clean-out needed to be installed at the street end and did that at no additional cost, a good job done right. Everything cleaned-up neatIy afterward including the street. I watched the excavator operator do his thing and was impressed to see surgical precision achieved with heavy equipment and a joystick - from digging the trench in a narrow section next to the house, to filling it back in and then grading it perfectly (it rained heavily about an hour after work finished and all the runoff flowed exactly where it's supposed to go). One week, 14 long showers, 10 giant loads of laundry and countless toilet flushes later, the outflow is working better than it ever did before.
