I can't say enough good things about A-Z Creative Contractors. Alex and his crew were simply the best. Not only did they do a spectacular job, but they really hit on the small details that are unseen when the job is complete. The crew was fast, and getting my disabled wife back into the house was a huge concern for him. Our new kitchen was a really involved job as there was more termite and water-damaged wood than good, and NOTHING in the house was flat, level, or square. Through all that, they transformed everything into something to be very proud of. Excellent price, fast work, and superior quality. What's not to like? Also, Axl, his foreman, gets a shout-out because he is just a great guy.

Mr. Rodriguez came to my home to assess the work that needed to be done. He explained in detail. The job was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Rodriguez and his crew was very professional, honest and thorough. I would use him again and refer him and his company to others.

A-Z is our "Go To" contractor for all of our future construction projects. Alex Rodriguez is a personable individual who always arrives on time as scheduled. He provides a realistic time frame, for the completion of project(s), as well as up front cost, product & design options. We were encouraged to ask questions and have "hands on" involvement in the selection of materials; tile, flooring, vanity style/color etc. As with previous projects, this renovation ran like clockwork. No surprise costs, delays or negative issues. It's refreshing to have finally discovered a contractor who is decent, honest, and who strives for total customer satisfaction.

IT TOOK A GOOD WHILE BETWEEN MY ORDER DATE AND THE ACTUAL WORK PERFORMANCE AND COMPLETION DATES.  THE DOOR FRAME WORK WENT WELL AND QUICKLY BUT THE VENT COVER GOT COMPLICATED.  THE COMPLICATIONS WERE NOT DUE TO THEIR WORK.  THE VENT WAS SO ROTTED IT HAD TO BE REPLACED (NOT REPAIRABLE) WITH A SPECIAL PART ORDERED AND AN ADDITIONAL COST (WHICH WAS UNKNOWN AT THE START BUT THAT HE REPORTED TIMELY AND HE ORDERED FOR ME).  THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS GOOD.

The area that Alex repaired was completed in a timely and professional manner. Those areas that were affected were returned to their pre-fire state, if not better. Alex went above and beyond to help my family during this difficult time. He met with our insurance adjuster, and spoke with him over the phone to make the case that our supplement was not enough for all the damages. He, even fixed a toilet that was improperly installed. The list of the additional work that Alex completed goes on and on. I do not have any hesitations about ever recommending Alex to anyone. I never write reviews; however, Alex is the exception. Alex is one of the rare finds, an honest contractor that you can trust!!

I did not get much out of it and they just gave me an idea of how much it would cost.

A to Z worked with me and helped me design the bathroom. They asked me what I wanted and helped me pick out tiles, color schemes, etc. They were patient when I couldn't decide on some tile and as soon as I received the tile, they came over to complete the project. They made sure after identifying all the leaks that the rest of the house where there were potential leak problems were alright- such as on the 2nd floor with a washing machine and a jacuzzi. They fixed what needed to be fixed- no more and no less- and used material that we already had from the previous owners of the house. They were very professional, helpful, experienced, honest and paid attention to detail. I also liked that they layed out barrier cloth inside the house so that when they went from the garage/outside to the bathroom, they wouldn't get the floors dirty. I plan on having them do more projects in my home - putting in another bathroom on my first floor and wiring electricity out to my deck.

Excellent. Very conscientious, professional and reliable at a reasonable price. It was hard to find a contractor that was a Jack of all trades but Alex and his team did a tremendous job. I will be using them again in the future and I give A-Z Creative Contractors my highest recommendation.
