"We had our shower completely redone. It looked great but one of the bars came in the incorrect color. Joey Kun came out and changed the bar. While he was here, we mentioned that the hot water didn't seem to have much power. He took apart the shower fixture and fixed the hot water valve. He also removed some silicon fingerprints from the doors that had been left during installation that we could not remove with glass cleaner. He was very professional and willing to make us satisfied with the project. We appreciate his willingness to look at the couple of items that were not originally on the work order so that we didn't have to make another appointment to have someone else come out. "How did it go? I?d say great.
I found Mr. Fix-It on the web. It?s located about a 100 mile away. I would normally use someone local but the distance wasn?t an issue.
The sales representative did a good job of explaining the different types of gutters, options and prices. The sales rep was basically the only person that I spoke to. The only time I spoke to Mr. Fix-It was when they called to schedule the work. (For me, that?s a good thing.)
It took over 2 month from the time the contract was signed to the time the gutters were installed. Certainly, I didn?t want to wait that long. But, the sales rep told me that upfront, so it was expected.
The price was a little high but in the ?ballpark? of what I expected. I paid extra to install larger down spouts due to the length of the gutters.
 The workers from Mr. Fix-It showed up on the scheduled day and time. I believe they did a good job of installing the gutters. I notice that the roofing material was sticking up a little?..the gutter ?helmet?? goes under the roofing material. It was cold (in December) and
the roofing material settled back down when the weather warmed up.
The gutters seem to work well. The rain flows down the roof, through the fine mesh screen and into the gutter. The gutters may not be perfect, they may not capture 100% of the water but, overall, I think they perform as expected. There is one section of the roof that is under an oak tree. The oak tree seems to cause some kind of mossy stuff on the roof. That seems to be clogging up the gutter?s fine mesh screen to some degree??at that section of the gutters, it seems that some of the rain may be flowing over ? instead of into ? the gutter. I think it more of an issue with the oak tree and the mossy stuff on the roof. I haven?t complained to Mr. Fix-It about the issue because it seems to me that it?s an issue beyond their control.
 In summary, I think the gutter look good, perform well and was a good investment. Most important, I no longer have to get onto the roof and clean stuff out of the gutters.
