He also had resources to contact if there was a special condition with our hot water pipes fed by gas heat. He was very observant and checked the pipes for frozen areas. He was able to create warmth needed to make the hot water flow again. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We are dripping all the hot water faucets also now, not just the cold faucets.
