I requested a roof painted with sealer/water proofing. I was told he would do he entire roof plus around the side of the roof to seal the gutters. He was going to pull the gutters away and then put them back. After they were sealed. He guaranteed the work for life. He promised me a tarp just in case there were any leaks. I don't live on the property so when I finally got there to inspect the work I was shocked. They did one corner of he roof. I called him and asked him to come back and complete the job. Or give me my money back minus the coast of the one bucket. he said he will consult his manager and then never got back to me. He also said he could not pull he gutters away to seal them because they are too old.. So I need money back for that. So it's been a few weeks and I haven't heard from him at all. I have done this same job many times myself. It usually costs a little over $100.00. I was having a medical issue at the time and the poor guy living in the motor home was underwater. That is why I thought I would hire someone. What a mistake.!

They remodeled my kitchen beautifully, finished on time, and stayed within the agreed budget. The team was professional, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

We used a new synthetic barrel tile material that no other roofer could or would do. 911 went out of their way to get manufacturer certified and complete the required training. Iâ ll never put a concrete tile on a roof in FL, and 911 came thru with an awesome substitute.

Mr. Turner called immediately after my request was posted and we arranged for an estimate. A deal was struck, an appointment was set-up and Imperial Builders men showed up on time. They were efficient and professional. I was quite happy with the job.

Quick, quality service

Hired them to strectch the carpeting in the master bedroom. On time & great job done at a good price. They went the extra mile without even being asked.. While the king-size bed was pulled from the wall, they cleaned the trim before pushing the bed back in position.
