"We had water coming in to the basement from the ground of our new home. After we spent a ton of money remediation the resulting mold, we had to figure out how to prevent more groundwater from making it's way inside. Since the repair, we've had a few storms and everything has held up. The next big test will be when we power wash the house, but with Best Buy's phenomenal warranty, I am not worried. Finally, the crew that did the work were great. They cleaned up when they were done and Hamilton (Hammy) made sure to run through things with us. He was also very sweet to my elderly mother."

"Lux foundation repair did a wonderful job at my home. I have 4 pipes coming into my home that had deteriorating seals around the pipe. The seals had deteriorated to the point that I had a large plastic box under the pipes so that after every rain I would collect the water that otherwise would have destroyed our finished basement. After small storms, I would collect a couple gallons, after very large storms, I would collect over 8 gallons of water in the box. I spoke to one contractor who suggested excavating the outside of the home. No small task since the pipes enter about 6’ below grade and it would have involved removing several established plants. I was surprised with the estimator from Lux informed me that they could solve the problem from inside the home. I was surprised that the estimator was very confident that he could not only fix the problem, but guarantee that it would fix the problem. The work team arrived on time, quickly did their work and left. When the next storm arrived, I checked the box….no water at all. Was it painless? Yes. Was it worth the money? Yes."
