"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"Pressure tank for my well ruptured. Appleton Campbell literally responded in a minute or 2, and within 2 hours someone came out to give me a quote and said that this could be fixed by 2 pm. I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again! "We had water coming in to the basement from the ground of our new home. After we spent a ton of money remediation the resulting mold, we had to figure out how to prevent more groundwater from making it's way inside. We got an estimate from one company, but it became clear that they didn't know the real source of the water. We called a second company, which gave a rational explanation and plan to waterproof, but the price was too high. Then we called Best Buy, we met Jay and everything was just right. Jay was very friendly, he explained what the problem was and had a clear cut plan to resolve the issue. Instead Jay called me within 30 minutes and took the time to answer my questions. We really appreciated it and it made me sure that we made the right choice. Since the repair, we've had a few storms and everything has held up. The next big test will be when we power wash the house, but with Best Buy's phenomenal warranty, I am not worried. Finally, the crew that did the work were great. They cleaned up when they were done and Hamilton (Hammy) made sure to run through things with us. He was also very sweet to my elderly mother."

"Marketing representative Christian Abrigo explained all aspects of the benefits of encapsulation to prevent and remove mold and the associated odors in my large crawl space. He explained the technical procedure for installation. He answered all my questions about the safety of the product and provided a safety data sheet and references. He was a great guy who went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my questions were answered. Chris was knowledgeable, pleasant and enthusiastic. The installation foreman was also very experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions on arrival and used tarps to cover all the flooring. There was no mess in my house and the install was not invasive or infringing on daily activities. There was no residual odor or unpleasantness after completion. My house and the crawl space were neat and tidy after the installation. Most important, the smell of mold was finally gone from the room above the large crawl space. I highly recommend NV Waterproofing and will use them again for waterproofing in my home. "Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit).
