Upon arrival he took the proper COVID precautions and wore and mask and also ensured he covered his shoes to protect our floors. After diagnosing the problem and considering the age of the water heater and the overall installation not being up to code, we decided a replacement was needed. Described project on phone to get quote and a clear detailed acknowledgment of the project was reflected in that conversation. But the workman consulted with the office and got a different idea. He left the broken disposal in place, shunting the dishwasher drain around it, then upon my inspection had to correct the error. Other than this confusion, everything else went perfectly."
