I would highly recommend basement waterproofing nationwide. Mike Milton and company were professional and knowledgeable about my garage water issue and sump need. They addressed the problem in a timely manner and were honest about the issue. Haven’t had water issue since they fixed the problem. Their price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Thank you guys!

Had a great experience with BWN. Was dreading the prep (on my part) and the process itself, but am pleased to say it was so much better than expected. Frank and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Salesperson Mike T. went above and beyond helping me before and after to make the entire experience pleasant and worthwhile.

Clean up was very good. Overall job looks good. Kept it neat and orderly throughout the project. Friendly people. A little expensive I believe. But very attentive and great customer service. Also has a lifetime-transferable warranty. So really it all comes down to value. I would definitely recommend.

They completed the project on time and were considerate of our belonging. They responded to our call the first time we called. The workers cleaned up each day before the left and returned on time each day.

My wife and I have been putting off this project for many years. Situation worsening every year. Finally had enough and contacted (Steve) from BWN. Didnâ  t even feel the need to get other estimates because I was so pleased with our first encounter. Had rather extensive work done which included waterproofing ,carbon fiber straps, jackhammering done for new drain system, new sump pump and liner and new outside window well installed with drain. Can not stress enough how happy we were from start to finish. Workers were on time and extremely courteous!!!! Very impressed with cleanup as well. No only final cleanup but each day as well. Shout out to Jeremy who was our contact coordinator thru the process who went over and above to assist with paperwork details and help me with online support with finance company. BWN offers financing thru Power Pay. Had a little trouble setting up account but Jeremy bailed me out. Also pleased at this point with Power Pay.

I had a window and door in my basement that had simply been closed off with plywood. My basement regularly flooded because the sump pump couldn’t keep up. Basement Waterproofing Nationwide blocked up the openings, installed a new French drain and sump pump, and put in a new vapor barrier. I haven’t had water in my basement since. I strongly recommend this company. They do amazing work.

Crews arrived on time, prepared areas of the home to protect from dust and damage during drilling, explained work completed reviewed work completed with inspector's proposal.

These guys were prompt, courteous, and solved a water problem that I've been struggling with for several years. They did a good job for me. I recommend them.

My entire basement was waterproofed over 20 years ago. Water was coming in again, so the salesperson recommended I have the waterproofing on one wall re-done, a vapor barrier installed on that wall, rebar inserted in 3 places inside the wall, cinder blocks in those rows filled with concrete, & a sump pump that was less than a year old - replaced. I was not at all happy with the fact that they required me to replace such a new sump pump in order to get the full warranty on the project. However, I was very impressed by the tons of good reviews I read about this company and the fact that they've been in business for 30 years. I must admit, I was also feeling very good about only having to pay a little over $5,000 to resolve such a scary-looking situation (my block wall was sliding off the foundation)! My relationship with the company really suffered on the first day of the project. Jaime (the project leader) advised me that I should really have the wall reinforced with steel beams, which would cost an "additional" $4,000+, and that I might also want to consider reinforcing a second wall with carbon fiber straps, which would cost another $5,400. Everything he said made sense, considering the looks of things - and I believed him. My issue was, why wasn't that information given to me by the salesperson? It felt very much like a bait and switch situation. By this point, work was in progress and my concrete flooring had been jack-hammered up in front of the worst wall. Considering the costs were now soaring, I said I wanted to get additional estimates to compare with theirs, before having the more extensive work performed. Jaime contacted John (his boss), who insisted they complete all work that had been contracted thus far, including replacing the concrete section of the floor. "Won't the floor have to be jack-hammered up again, in preparation of the steel beam installations," I asked? He confirmed that to be true. I argued that it didn't make sense to spend the time & money pouring the concrete when their crew, or the crew of another company would just have to tear it back up again. He was pretty adamant, but I was even more so, and the floor stayed open while I obtained the other estimates. I realize they wanted to have enough of the work completed to collect payment, which I paid in full, without question. But I really did not appreciate this added stress to an already stressful situation. I did hire Basement Waterproofing Nationwide, Inc. to do the additional work on the worst wall. I still have faith in their expertise, Jaime was very knowledgeable, the crew did great work and really did a good job keeping the mess to a minimum. After all the contention between John and I, we even ended on a good note. I hope Basement Waterproofing Nationwide, Inc., will be more understanding of the customer's position the next time, if they ever encounter such a change in project scope again.

Work crew was excellent. Arrived on time. Made a mess but cleaned every bit of it up! Worked constantly, quickly and thoroughly!! Crew leader was very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Would definitely hire again, but hope I never have to do so!!!

I would like to offer the following feedback. Customer Service. .5 Stars..I submitted my request Saturday, January 21st and my job was completed Monday, January 23rd. I spoke with Steve and he was very attentive to my plumbing issue. I selected the company based on reviews and the fact that I could get two services from one company. This was a plus for me. Jan 23rd. I received a call from John and it was a pleasure speaking with him. I provided me with an update regarding the techician (Joe). Joe called in advance to let me know his projected arrival time which I greatly appreciated. Some things could have been done differently.

BWN was prompt, sent courteous representatives and knowledgeable technicians who went above and beyond in explaining and completing the process. They were also reasonably priced and were the only ones to offer a lifetime guarantee. I would recommend them to others. They left the worksite clean and I have not had any other problems with my basement.

I wished I had contacted them during the original problem-it would have saved me considerable time, effort and money!!! The guys were very helpful, respectful and went above and beyond! I had scheduling difficulties and the guys were great in overcoming these issues. While, this was a more expensive process than I had hoped-it is done well and well done!! Thanks!!

They took extra time to show me how to mix cement in a plastic garbage bag to put a curbing around my flower bed. They did a really fine job and I've not had a drop of water since.
