I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! "We recently had New Century Builders perform some much-needed work on our 40-year-old home. All of the carpet and vinyl flooring was removed, the paneling was removed from the dining room and kitchen, and repairs made to sheetrock throughout the entire 1248 square foot house. The walls and ceilings were given a fresh coat of paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring installed, some of the subfloor was repaired, and acrylic wall panels installed in one bathroom. Although not a large crew, all of this work was completed on time (about 3-1/2 weeks), other repairs made that were not in the original scope of work, and all of the scrap removed. The owner and his crew could not have been easier to work with. Any items that came up during this project (and there are always unseen and unknown glitches that will arise in a project of this size) were discussed and tackled right away without any pushback or hesitation. Even minor problems that my wife and I did not see were repaired to assure that a quality job was rendered. At times, even before we could say anything, one of the crew would spot a defect and make the necessary repairs because they take pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Workers showed up not just on time but early every day they were scheduled to work. All of this was done for a fair price. We highly recommend Donnie Linkous and New Century Builders for any home remodeling projects that you may have. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects that arise. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
