"After listening to my needs and concerns Alex designed me a perfect TRANE system to ensure my home stayed cool and comfortable. The install team was professional and courteous. They made sure to listen and comply with any special concerns I had (I'm kind of OCD) before they started any work. The install was done in a timely manner and they ensured that they cleaned up everything before they left. Before deciding on Total, I had talked to other companies and received other quotes. In conjunction with all the "extras" Total does standard (like drawing a permit), Alex delivered me a better system, for the money, than anyone else by far. It is hard to be excited about spending this much money on an AC system but when it hit the hottest day of the year (thus far) and my upstairs was still sitting at a cool 71, I was smiling from ear to ear. "Anthony and his team installed a kitchen exhaust and new chimney hood. The overall work was good but could not give 5 stars due to minor details (slight exposed hole in ceiling, flex duct used instead of solid construction, a leftover loose tile). Important to consider Anthony's price came in lower than others so the install was a bargain. Would recommend if you don't mind little details and want a job done quickly and affordably."

Kurt Randell was awesome! This was a major decision and I had multiple estimates to comb through. I was so unsure of what work should be performed and there's always the matter of cost. Kurt answered my million and one questions. I never waited long for a response. He was very patient with me and walked me through the process. When discussing what work will be conducted for what price, he told me he would love the contract but he could only go so low because he would not cut corners to give a lower price. That spoke volumes. Many contractors bid low and cut corners to make their profit. Very impressive.

AHS was able to start the work before other contractors were available. Kurt explained his schedule and had a contingency plan in case it snowed. The day the work began, I went to work without worrying about what work was being performed at the house (the house was empty). Kurt called me at the end of the day and went over the details of the work completed and the plan for the next two days. He did this each day. We pre-planned a time to meet at the completion of the final work. Kurt walked me through the whole house and answered my many questions. I was so relieved to have the work complete. When a new problem surfaced during and after the remediation, Kurt took care of it very reasonably and quickly. There was no hassle. He never tried to charge absorbent fees because I had already settled on him. I appreciate his help and support and for not taking advantage of the situation. I had a third party inspector inspect the work and I received a mold clearance letter.

AHS gave me a package deal easing the stress of me having to call multiple contractors to complete the work. His roofer installed better shingles than another roofer and for the same price. I really appreciated AHS taking care of all the needs so I did not have to coordinate times and entry with the various parties. This also allowed the work to be done quickly opposed to waiting days or weeks for each contractor to complete their portion based on schedules.

I can't be more please with the service I received from AHS. The paperwork was smooth, no problem with payment processing and no problems during the remediation and post remediation actions. I will definitely refer AHS.

"My heat pump had gone on the fritz just before I went out of town on May 20th. As soon as I returned on the 23rd I went about contacting contracting to get prices. I met with Lee, from ARS, on the 24th and agreed to a deal for a Carrier purchased through Home Depot. The installation was started and completed on 5/29. Great to have cool air again and lower electric bills. Would definitely use again but I suspect this unit may outlast me."
