"The energy in our first conversation got me really anxious for Mad-Family Tree Service to come out to my property for a free estimate. When Jonathan Madison got here on Thursday 5/9/2013 at 4:30pm. he was very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers for my problem grass areas. Once Jonathan saw the broken pine, it became an urgency to get down before something/someone got injured. Jonathan had his crew out there Friday morning at 8:00am. the day after my free estimate. Which to me showed his care for my families safety.
Mad-Family Tree Service was referred to me from a friend of my family. I was nervous after i had another company tell me i would need a company with a bucket truck. I explained to Jonathan some of my financial issues and that i would have to wait if it was going to be over $800.00 to get the one broken pine tree. Jonathan said  " I cant allow this tree to stand as a threat, since i have placed my eyes on it. I will get this down as long as you get these three business cards into the right hands."  I was so impressed with his business ethics and explained that i would do more than just pass out  three business cards.

"It was good. There were certain things that weren't covered under the plan. I'm not sure if they cut the bushes down in the back around the fence. I had to pay extra for that. They should try get me to know the schedule so I know when they're coming and when they're not coming. Other than that, it takes time to get the workers together. I like Patrick and he's the owner. The thing in the firepit was included with the mulch but he said I had to pay for the materials."
