"We had contacted Chimney.com and asked if they could check out our gas fireplace and tell us if it needs to be replaced or fixed. Ours was a 2002 possible model, so it definitely need to be replaced. They let us know what the estimate would be for a total replacement with a Majestic Fireplace and all the bells and whistles that come with it! We said yes and set a date. Then they notified us that it came in early and if we would like them to come out earlier than scheduled and we said YES!! They showed up early in the morning -a little after 8 AM which is fabulous! They worked the whole day taking the old stuff out putting the new stuff in! The crew cleaned up as they worked.
