"Highly Recommended! Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish We hired RLC for a massive home renovation and could not be happier. Owners Rick and Linda Jenkins are an incredible team. Rick manages the construction with elite precision and craftsmanship, while Linda handles scheduling and finances flawlessly. Thanks to her organization, our large-scale project stayed strictly on schedule. What sets RLC apart: • True Professionalism: Communication was clear, honest, and professional throughout. • Daily Cleanliness: Rick and his crew cleaned the job site daily, making living through a remodel easy. • Top Subcontractors: Every specialist brought in was highly skilled and courteous. "I hired Ultimate Craftsman to tear down an old deck and build a new larger screened in porch with sky lights in it's place. The designer Dave really listened to what I wanted and got on paper my exact vision. The owner Mark always answered his phone and was quick to address any concerns. He used quality materials and professional craftsman. His carpenter John and his roofer Rodney showed great pride in their work. The end result was exactly what I asked them to build and we have received many compliments from our neighbors."

"It was excellent. Mike was very informative and thorough. Prices were reasonable. They were on time to every meeting time. The best part was how willing they were to work with me with a timeline. They completed the tasks very proficiently."

"Trent and his son, Tyler, have worked with me on 3 remodeling jobs and a number of small jobs as well. They have done all aspects of contracting from carpentry to tiling on every room from kitchens to bathrooms. They have built decks, worked with cement and fencing as well as adding entire rooms. If there is an obstacle, they are very good at finding a solution. I recommend them for any projects, large or small."

"They arrived promptly and started moving furniture. The room had never been painted after initial paint during construction. Kenny and crew did an outstanding job.  I was amazed that the gentleman doing the cut-in was so proficient and never had to use tape. The painting did take longer as I added the ceiling and stairwell to my original request but Kenny did his best to fit me in to finish up and in no time, the job was finished to my complete satisfaction.

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Ensures adherence to local building codes and customized designs to fit personal needs.

Professionals such as architects, general contractors, electricians, HVAC specialists, and interior designers are crucial to effectively planning and executing significant renovations.

Yes, most designers tailor plans to fit your budget. Discuss financial constraints during initial consultations.

It is technically possible to draw your own blueprints, but the process is extremely involved and really demands help from an expert. A professional architect has an understanding of design elements, interior design, the functionality of different rooms in a home, and how everything from furniture, outlets, and light switches should be laid out to serve you and your family best. Hiring an architect for blueprints can get expensive, but it’s the most responsible way to begin a new construction project. If you’re keen on DIYing, you could consider starting the process and then having a professional take over.

Mid-century modern architecture was a popular home style throughout the U.S. from the 1950s to 1970s. Most homes feature a wide and symmetrical floor plan with low-sloped roofs and floor-to-ceiling windows. Its minimalism and balanced appearance are back on the home style scene, particularly when maximizing sunlight, airflow, and a blend with the home's natural surroundings.
