"I hired Ultimate Craftsman to tear down an old deck and build a new larger screened in porch with sky lights in it's place. The designer Dave really listened to what I wanted and got on paper my exact vision. The owner Mark always answered his phone and was quick to address any concerns. He used quality materials and professional craftsman. His carpenter John and his roofer Rodney showed great pride in their work. The end result was exactly what I asked them to build and we have received many compliments from our neighbors."

"I am so pleased with the work that was done on my home. Jim came out for the estimate which I thought was a fair quote. His crew were amazing. "When I requested an estimate, they came out the very next day. When I requested service, they came the very next day even though the temperatures were in the teens. They were able to install a new skylight just hours before the snow started. We got 8" of snow. I was very happy that I had a new skylight and not 8" of snow indoors!"

"After some reschedulings, he set up and did the agreed work for the agreed price, cleaning up and leaving us quite satisfied. The second job also had some scheduling issues, but was eventually done very well and leaving us satisfied.
BUT his ad in the magazine failed to state that the 10% discount for Angie's List members only applies to the firtst job, and there is no discount for later jobs.
