"Outstanding job, great customer service, great quality of work, great work ethic. It is so nice to have a contractor who does what they say they are going to do and shows up when they say they are going to show up. Phelps Construction removed and rebuilt my garage and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company."

"RLC is a top-notch company!! During our kitchen remodel we were kept informed of everystage of that remodel. We had weekly emails and/or conversations, kept us abreast of any delays, they set up our appointments for the cabinets, granite top, etc. Highly professional, highly knowledgeable, and wonderfully easy to work with. You can't go wrong with RLC Contractors. I would hire them again!"

"I needed a new kitchen remodel. Caves did a custom full Kitchen in a month's time for 30k. My new kitchen is a dream."

"Awesome. millennium and team are the best!!! I highly recommend for your construction needs. I have another project I need and I won’t consider anyone else."

"Working with Rafael was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. From our first meeting through the final stages of the project, he remained consistently engaged, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and considerate. He went above and beyond, showing a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. It’s clear he genuinely loves what he does—his insights throughout the process were incredibly helpful and reassuring. This was a major undertaking for me, but Rafael made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. Even when unexpected challenges came up, I still felt great about the experience and my decision to hire East Beach Construction. The daily crew was impressively punctual. I’d see them arrive early, waiting respectfully until their official start time. The kitchen renovation was understandably messy, but they did a good job containing the disruption and cleaning up at the end of each day. I will absolutely hire them again for future projects."

"This company has honesty and integrity--the most important qualities I could ask for in a contractor. They are fairly priced and they will do what they say! Could not recommend them more."

"Fine. I called him and he said he would be here 25 minutes. He was there. He did a good job. 2nd or 3rd time using him and I had also referred him."

"Went very well Ben was very knowledgeable and professional . He explained everything that he was doing and cleaned up afterward. I would rehire him again if I needed more work done."

"I had the roofs replaced and skylights on my 5 bedroom ranch house with attached garage and re-roof a detached gambrel roofed barn. Bevins also installed aluminum trim, vinyl soffit around the house and replaced all the gutters. All the jobs couldn't have gone better! All the crews were extremely polite and professional; their work exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again and highly recommend Bevins to others."
