+ -1 moreI was very happy with the work for the most part. It did take a while to complete the project (about 2-3 mos from start of demo to finish) but I wasn't in a hurry, and this was my first experience with renovations so maybe that is typical. I was very happy with the end result. The only issue I had was the epoxy floor wore and peeled a little after only a year. Not sure if it was applied incorrectly or if it was just the wrong choice for my purposes. David Cross was very good at listening to what I wanted and accommodating my requests. He even thought of a couple small details I had never considered (electrical outlets outdoors, etc). He didn't tack on any surprise costs, any time I requested a change he told me what the difference in price would be.
Description of Work: Converted my old, "scary" backyard detached garage into a kennel building for my small dogs. Included removing the garage door and old windows/door and replacing them with new windows and door, drywall, heat pump, electrical work, plumbing for sink and washing machine, epoxy on the concrete floor, small deck off the back of the house, concrete poured for runs, wooden fences put around the dogs' yard.

Description of Work: We have worked with Cross Remodeling for over 10 years, beginning with replacement of a front porch and installation of new garage doors to complete remodeling of the outside of the house plus new kitchen, screened porch, deck, new driveway, drainage and cedar fence. The most recent work in April of this past year was cleaning, stripping and staining of the deck. We are currently working with Cross in planning the remodeling of the Master bath and bedroom.

+ 9 moreContractor was a true craftsman and did beautiful work, used good subcontractors and kept control of them. He stayed on budget and all change orders were discussed and approved before being executed.
Description of Work: Remodeling project included: new kitchen, windows, siding, roof, screened porch, front door, deck, driveway, sidewalks, fencing, extensive drainage, and rebuilding of detached shed.
