"Firstly, we want to say that we appreciate all feedback and take your concerns seriously. We apologize if there was any confusion about the scope of work involved in your kitchen refresh. Construction projects can be complex and may require trades that you wouldn't think would be necessary, such as electricians and plumbers. Additionally, permits may be required depending on the extent of the work being done. Our salesperson's intention was to provide you with a comprehensive quote that included all necessary permits and trades to ensure that your project was completed safely and up to code. Regarding the cost, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality materials and highly experienced skilled labor to ensure a long-lasting and functional result. Thank you for considering our company, and we wish you all the best in your kitchen refresh project."
"Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Our entire team enjoyed working on your project, and we are grateful to have you as a client."
"We're very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our remodeling process. It is a process we have honed over the years based on client feedback, and, in our experience, it has proven to ensure that our customers are very satisfied with the finished project. Our initial consultation is free. The Design Fee you mentioned is 5% of the estimate based on our initial consultation. It varies with each project based on the homeowners wish list for the renovation. Selecting materials and creating a 3D rendering of our proposed plan is an elaborate and time-consuming process for our designers. In all, it can take up to 4 weeks, so we ask for this fee before committing that much time to the project. During this 4-week design process, it is not uncommon for unexpected issues to arise and for homeowners to change their minds about materials. These types of things can effect the cost. While we can make suggestions of how to change the plan to lower the cost and stay in budget, one thing we prefer not to do is use materials from unknown vendors. Hatchett Design Remodel proudly offers a Lifetime Warranty on our work, so we are particular about the materials we use. We work with a variety of vendors that we have chosen based on the quality of their products and our shared high standard of customer service. Thank you for considering us for this project, and again, we're sorry that we were not the right fit for you. We wish you all the best as you choose a new contractor"
"Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We work very hard to ensure our clients expectations are met, if not exceeded. Our entire team enjoyed working on your project, and we are grateful to have you as a client. It makes us happy to know that you will enjoy your new kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor living space for many years to come!"
"Thank you for sharing your experience, Mrs. [Member Name Removed]. It is through feedback from our customers that we are able to maintain our high level of customer service and make improvements where necessary. We are very sorry that you are disappointed with your experience, because we take a great deal of pride in making our clients happy. As you mentioned, there were some unknown factors that had to be addressed during construction. Unfortunately, there is no way to be certain what is behind a wall until that wall is removed. This is a risk of remodeling, and we apologize if we did not stress this point strongly enough during our initial consultation. The other mistakes you listed were just that - mistakes. We apologize for our human error, and we regret that the corrections we made fell short of your expectations. It is upsetting to us all that your experience was stressful and frustrating, as that is exactly what we strive to prevent. We hope that the remodeling process has not tainted your enjoyment of your beautiful, new kitchen."
"Thank you for the review - we thoroughly enjoyed working with you as well."

"Thank you for choosing Hatchett Design Remodel to work on your home!"
If I am lucky enough to be able to remodel the kitchen Hatchett will be hired. The date for completion in the contract was not met.
But I am so happy with the results it does not matter.
"Thank you so much for your feedback. It was a pleasure working with you and we hope to do so again in the future!"
"Thank you for your positive feedback. We hope to work with you and your family in the future."
"Thank you for choosing Hatchett Design Remodel. We look forward to working with you again!"
"Thank you for your kind words and for choosing Hatchett Design Remodel. We look forward to working with you again."
"We apologize for any miscommunication. Our representative did call you the Monday after the show. We just called again and spoke with your wife and we explained that we did touch base with you. We appreciate you showing interest in our services and we are more than happy to meet with you."
"Thank you for your feedback. Kitchens and Bathrooms are the most expensive rooms in the house to remodel. You will find online that our budget ranges are in-line with industry standards. We are not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive - we provide the best value. If we can be of any further assistance to you, please let us know."
"We appreciate your feedback. We are not the cheapest company nor are we the most expensive. We do the work right the first time and warranty it for a lifetime. These home owners were about to move to Georgia therefore the lifetime warranty was not important to them. I hope the new home owners get lots of use from the updates."
It went very well.
"Thank you for your very kind words. You were wonderful to work with and we look forward to serving you again in the future!"
"We understand where you are coming from and apologize for any miscommunication. The gentleman that came to your home has over 15 years’ experience in remodeling and is a bathroom specialist, so he knows what it takes to remodel a bathroom. We do this every day and sometimes forget that this is new to folks. We would never want you to make a decision you were uncomfortable with, which is why we invited you to visit our showroom and gather more information. We would be happy to give you an estimate with a general scope of work so that you are better equipped to make a decision. If we move into the design stage we do take a small retainer fee, in order to reserve our time. Once we move into the construction stage, the retainer fee goes towards the overall project. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance to you."
"Thank you for your feedback. We hope to work with you in the future."
"Thank you for your feedback. We are not the cheapest company nor are we the most expensive. We provide the best value, which is proven by our longevity – we have been in business for 54 years, and we back all of our work with a lifetime warranty."
"One of our female designers came out to meet with you, so you might have us confused with another company. We hope all went well with your project and that you are happy with the outcome."
