Hot H20 Powerwashing

Working with this company was a fantastic experience! Greg arrived when he said he would and did a beautiful job of cleaning our siding, which was quite dirty with areas of mold/mildew (we'd put off the cleaning for far too long). He threw in an extra patio area without charge and was willing to start up his hose to wash off some bugs embedded in a third-floor window screen. Highly recommended.

It's refreshing to find a company that not only says they care, but then ACTUALLY care. We needed gentle cleaning on soffits and gutters at a townhome that's not easy to get to. Greg and team were able to work with me to get close enough to the house to do the work. He arrived promptly, assessed the area and got busy. Now, understand... this was a small job. Greg not only cleaned what we'd originally agreed to, but proceeded to also clean a small porch and glass table. Why? Because he cares about what he does. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! I contacted them I believe on a Thursday and they came out the next Tuesday. Everything looked absolutely fantastic. They did an excellent job. They even followed up with a phone call. I've already recommended them to friends and will definitely use them again.

Perfect - arrived on time. Explained the process prior to beginning. Working quickly while be attentive to plants and gardens. Results were outstanding - dirt and mildew/organic growth removed!

Very good. The process use will not destroy grout and protects the brick work without issues.

GREG, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, AND LESLIE, THE OFFICE MANAGER ARE WONDERFUL!! WE CONTACTED THEM FOR ESTIMATES AND THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. GREG POWERWASHED OUR HOUSE, WHICH HAS WHITE SIDING, AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB, WITH MINIMAL DISTURBANCE TO THE FLOWER BEDS. HE EVEN POWERWASHED THE GUTTERS!!! WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE PRIDE HE TOOK IN HIS WORK.......WE ALSO HAD HIM CLEAN AND POWERWASH OUR CEDAR FENCE....WHICH WAS AN ALL DAY JOB. GREG WAS HERE ON TIME AND WORKED DELIGENTLY. THE FENCE LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! WE COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH IT IMPROVED.....IT IS BACK TO THE ORIGINAL COLOR AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE WOOD DURING THE PROCESS. Fabulous! I am a perfectionist and it is rare that a contractor exceeds my expectations, but Greg did just that. The front porch and flagstone walkways are pristine with no damage. He attributes this to the kind of equipment that he uses. He spent hours power washing my Brazilian Ipe wood deck to ensure that it was clean before applying oil. It turned out beautifully! I also asked if he could clean the covers on my outdoor furniture which he also completed successfully. I thought his pricing was very fair and the work was outstanding. I will definitely use this service again.

Greg and his assistant spent nearly two full days to complete the job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and meticulously. The house has never looked better. Contacted h20 online for an estimate. One side of our single family home had that weird mold/fungus that many homes experience. Initially asked to have just the one side done but I was glad I deferred to Greg and had all sides done. He did warn us that windows would also get a light wash but not necessarily cleaned. His price was reasonable and his communications were prompt. Now a month later and all is well, with all sides looking like new. Highly recommend!

Extremely well. My house looks great. Great job, great price, highly recommend.

Greg was punctual and very thorough in his work. Even though I did not request it, he washed the skylights and windows (also hit some chimney spots as well). Worked straight through and completed the job in less than three hours. Will hire again the next time I need cleaning.

From the initial estimate process to the finished product, we can not say enough great things about our entire experience. Greg exhibits the highest level of professionalism, while ensuring that customer needs are fully addressed. He was able to accommodate our accelerated schedule with ease and was accessible for questions/suggestions/feedback/etc. at any time, even coordinating via photos/text messages. We first reached out to Hot H20 in seeing the results at a house within our neighborhood, albeit this job was considerably more effort (built in late 60's and hadn't been pressure washed previously). Pricing for the job came in lower than all other estimates and Greg's extensive experience shows in the finished product. The price for such a large job was beyond fair/competitive. We will undoubtedly use their service in the future. Our realtor was simply amazed with the finished product. Look no further!!
