We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. "Avoid at all costs. 1st Order From the very start it was like i was sold snake oil. It took over 4 months to even get the company to properly agree on the parts and pieces of my order. This was for a complete replacement of all my doors and balcony entry. From here we started seeing the problems. Poor coordination, communication and we saw techs putting notes in our ticket being dishonest. Example is they stated they came onsite and we refused them for a checkup and I showed them my ring logs for the entire day. This gave them an excuse to sit on the order for days on end until we called to find out what was going on. 2nd Delivery Parts were delivered without even a courtesy call to inform us when it was arriving and how to facilitate the space for the hardware. We had to yet again call back to get details. Again operaters placed notes in our ticket making it seem like they were attempting to get ahold of us. 3rd Installation Not all the parts arrived. We did not know this until ins"
