One item to keep in mind is that it is best to correspond with Benigno through email. He is very busy but has always worked on my projects in a timely manner. This project took a bit of time to complete since the shutters were a special order. 
One issue was the stucco is very fragile and leaning ladders against it caused holes during the caulking process.  The crew patched all the holes prior to painting and it looks great."
