"The inspector was prompt and professional. He walked the roof and ensured seals around pipe collars, skylights, vents, etc.; resealed where indicated and repaired/sealed a few nail pops. Much to our surprise, 6 ridge vent shingles had blown off and were laying on the second-story roof. He also inspected the chimney and identified the need for an epoxy stabilizing sealant on the top of the chimney, which we have since scheduled. He even removed metal remnants of a previous owner's weather station as a courtesy.  Pictures were shown to me of the work areas repaired and those in need of repair. He did not check for interior leaks (which I now see was included in my deal) but I will have them do that when they come back to do the additional repairs. A carbon copy of the written report and additional repair recommendation/estimate were provide to me, and the estimate was reasonable and in line with competitors. "

"Job 1: Very attentive to my thoughts on how I wanted the bathrm to look & on the type of tub shower. He had used a plumber & electrician but it wasn t much more. He was a pleasure to work. Job 2: It went well overall, & I was w/o a functional kitch. for less than 3 wks. Dave presented me w/a plan for remodeling based on what I had desired, & I worked w/Tiffany, on cabinet & countertop choices from the improvement store. He removed all big appliances from the kitchen & put them in places we agreed upon. Initially I wanted a skylight but it wasn t possible, so we just added more lighting. His team tore down old wall paper, & fixed the walls so they were flat & smooth. He then installed tile, & moved my refrig back in, since I was buying a new stove & dishwasher, we just waiting until they arrived for installation. He & Tiffany came with me to the improvement store for the final ordering & purchasing of the cabinets & counter top. (3 trips to pick out tile, backsplash tile, colors etc.)"
