Northeast Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish. Robin and Bobby are great to work with, they take the time to walk you through the entire process from picking out the materials and letting you know what to expect to walking your entire property once the job is complete to make sure you are completely satisfied with everything. Their crew was top notch! Very professional, clean, and careful about obstructions such as flower gardens, bushes, and our underground irrigation system. They had to use a boom truck to get the materials onto the roof and due to two large trees they had to back the truck onto the grass. Bobby walked the area with me asking me to flag all the sprinkler heads to make sure they did not damage anything. I thought this was great foresight, as I would have never thought to do this for a roofing project. Going back to the crew, these guys really know roofing. They were on the job at sun up and were already on the roof working before I left for work each day, they did not stop until after I was already home. The crew cleaned up after each day much to my satisfaction. Commendable work ethic! All the neighbors commented on what a great job they did. My wife and I both agree that Northeast Roofing is the only roofing company we would ever use. We have recommended their servers to several of our friends and family members. They gave us a detailed proposal, that was very competitive and with no fine print. They were very timely in getting the work done. We just can't say enough about these guys.

I could not have asked for a better job. The product was excellent, the roofers were total pros, and the cleanup was effectively perfect.

They were quick, professional, and clean. They went beyond what was required. I haven't seen the bill yet so I don't know the final but the original estimate was within what I thought it would be. They couldn't find the exact shingles to match but they tried and got close enough.

Robin responded to a roof leak at my home and the evaluation showed hail damage. I opted to replace the roof instead of spot repair due to the age of roof and damage. Robin measured the roof and provided a detailed, fair estimate for the replacement of roof, pipe collars, roof vents and power fans . The job was completed on 6/28 with his partner Bobby supervising the job. His team was both experienced and efficient during the entire install and clean up was done during and after the job. My new GAF Lifetime Timberline architectural roof is awesome.

Northeast Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish replacing my roof. I received several estimates to replace my roof. All of the estimates were around the same except one which was considerably higher. I liked Robin’s attention to detail in his bid and his wiliness to explain his process. He was licensed, insured and he pulled the permit. When I decided to go with Northeast Roofing Robin bought over colors of sample shingles. He also gave me addresses of roofs he had completed so I could see the colors on the roof. Throughout the process Robin communicated with me available dates on replacing my roof. On replacement day the roofers arrived on time and finished the same day. My bushes were covered with tarp and when finished the dumpster was removed the same day. Everything was clean when they left and they left no debris behind. I highly recommend Northeast Roofing and would not hesitant to use them again.

Working with Robin and his company was awesome. From the first call, he was responsive and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He worked around my schedule, including providing a quote and later dropping off shingle samples while I was at work. I received 3 quotes for my new roof and the scope of work, warranty, and materials were very similar for all 3, but Northeast’s was the most competitive and the customer service was the best. Robin went out of his way to make sure our new driveway (installed 3 weeks before we lost shingles in a wind storm) was protected in every way possible, starting with recommending I contact my concrete company for their input on what my new driveway could handle (answer: not a dumpster or boom truck). His crew used a trailer instead of a dumpster and laid a new tarp across my driveway, under the trailer, to provide added protection. They were also able to load shingles onto the roof from the boom truck on the street so no extra strain had to be placed on my driveway. The crew showed up before 7 on the day of the job. They worked hard through the day, with Bobby and Robin checking in regularly to update me on the progress. By 7 that evening, the job was done, my property was cleaned better than any contractor has ever done after work, and my new roof is beautiful. Throughout the entire process it felt like Robin was educating me, looking out for me and providing me with a professional and quality service. I very highly recommend Northeast Roofing and Siding.

Robin and team did a fantastic job. Not only did they repair the damage, they replaced all of my facia boards, wrapped them, and installed all new gutters. And they did it all for a great price. Would definitely hire again.

It went amazing. I was not there while they did the work, but I had a house sitter and they said the guys replaced the broken skylight in very little time and when I got home it looked great!! They gave me a much better product than what I previously had. They also gave me a much better price than their competition. I would hire them anytime.

The work took about two days. They left the area clean when done. 

They had the best quote and follow up after calling many other companies.

My experience with Northeast was great!! The staff was very knowledgeable and the level of service I received was awesome. I called and had one of the gentleman come check out my problem. First, they went on the roof and sealed the flashing to see if this would stop the leak. I was told to call them back if the leak continued. After a heavy rain the roof was still leaking so I called them back and they replaced the flashing and now, no leak at all. I was thoroughly impressed. You can tell you are dealing with a fair company that cares about you and your problem when they tell you wait to see if the leak was fixed before you pay them. I thought this was a nice touch and it showed me that they value the work they do and want to ensure they fixed the problem rather than take your money and you never see them again. A++++ Roofers. I will be calling them again for any future issues. Thanks You Northeast!
