"My garage header was sagging and rotting. I was actually referred to Steve Phillips by another contractor. He came and inspected the garage that day and began work the next day. I observed a good portion of the work to understand what was happening. Steve explained exactly why and how water had penetrated to my garage header (poor/improper work by the builders). He completed the work in a little less than and day and a halfâ s time. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. There were even little pieces of siding that were chipped that he totally replaced even though I was content with hiding the chipped ends by having the undamaged pieces overlap. Our garage and siding looks better than when we bought the house and is more structurally sound and waterproofed than it was when it was first build."

"I give them an "A" for responsiveness and professionalism. Their pricing structure is hourly based vs. project based, so it is difficult to compare them if you are gathering multiple estimates. This was not a good fit for me for this particular job. Estimates are not free. I would consider them for smaller jobs that I do not have time for."

"The manager came and surveyed the job. He had me take pictures to see if there was a leak coming from the ceiling of my porch. I took the photos and there wasn't any water. I took the porch light down to check in there as well. No water. I sent the photos in and in a few days had a quote for putting up soffit. I added one item to the list, which was putting the porch swing back up. I had a new quote very quickly. Once paid, I had to wait several weeks but I was on the schedule. The two gentlemen installing the soffit came out and took measurements, left to get the parts, and returned quickly. They got it all up in a couple of hours, including putting the swing and light back in place. Looks great! My only critique is that the manager didn't come out to follow up on the job to discuss what they would do, but I take some of the responsibility of not asking enough questions.
