"I am a micro manager...and he handled it well...lol..He removed a termite eaten door frame and installed a steel door which he had to alter...making it it 73 inches from 80. In my opinion he pulled it off flawlessly. He also adjusted a door. I have more work for him, but my water heater crapped the bed the day he showed up... no relief."

"The manager came and surveyed the job. He had me take pictures to see if there was a leak coming from the ceiling of my porch. I took the photos and there wasn't any water. I took the porch light down to check in there as well. No water. I sent the photos in and in a few days had a quote for putting up soffit. I added one item to the list, which was putting the porch swing back up. I had a new quote very quickly. Once paid, I had to wait several weeks but I was on the schedule. The two gentlemen installing the soffit came out and took measurements, left to get the parts, and returned quickly. They got it all up in a couple of hours, including putting the swing and light back in place. Looks great! My only critique is that the manager didn't come out to follow up on the job to discuss what they would do, but I take some of the responsibility of not asking enough questions. The work took two days with a weather interruption in between, but communication was prompt which let us accommodate the weather. All in all, great company.
