"Honest, Excellent, and Affordable. Dave at Princess Anne Contracting is personable and professional; certified and ethical. A few months ago, I had a small roof leak after a storm. I had contacted a different company and they tried to take advantage of me. The dishonest company quoted me $7,000 and said the back half of the roof needed to be replaced. I knew this was false because I had a home inspection two months earlier and the inspector said the roof had several years left. I contacted Princess Anne Contracting based on a neighborâ s recommendation. Dave promptly came out and quickly identified the problem - a small piece of flashing had come loose. Dave immediately fixed the flashing, also fixed a shingle he noticed was coming loose and even cleaned out a gutter that he noticed had some debris in it. It only cost $125. Dave saved me $7,000 dollars that the unethical company tried to charge. Dave is honest and ethical. Dave assured me that the roof still had several years before it needed to be replaced. And, Iâ m happy to say that Daveâ s repair held up like a champ while the remnants of Hurricane Ian passed through last night! Quality work at an affordable price. "We are very pleased with Sky Home Improvements/Ben Meffley's work and communication.  The work was done at a rental home so we really appreciate Ben's great communication and keeping us updated.  Ben sent before and after pictures.  There were a couple of things that Ben noticed on the roof that would become problems in the future.  He called explained the situation and sent pictures.  He was very straight forward and honest and sent pictures of the items he noticed.  It was nice to be able to see (from the pictures) what needed to be done for ourselves.  In the future if there is anymore work that needs to be done we would definitely call Sky Home Improvements.

"After a bad storm caused a very large Maple tree to fall over on to the corner of our home and caused the whole corner of the roof and the siding to be damaged we needed a quick repair. Gabriel and Gail was the answer to our prayers! They came out and did the estimate, but because they are so talented when they came out to do the job it actually didn't cost as much as it could have. They repaired the roof the day after we accepted the estimate. We didn't have to be at home because it was outside. But they were on time. They were able to repair our gutter, and match the paint perfectly. They did the same with the siding! So no need to use a new piece. Today the house looks like nothing every happened. Wonderful company, fantastic job done. Very polite and professional.
