Amazing! Found out that much of the plywood was bad, an older fire retardant treated plywood that had totally deteriorated. It was awful! But Sage (Dave Lee is the roofing specialist) took care of it. Totally professional and thorough. Meticulous. They were recommended by the home inspector. We are SO glad we hired Sage, and plan to use their services for other projects in the near future.

It went very well From the first appointment to the final call, Sage was professional, kind, and did what they said what they would do, in the timeframe they stated.  I would definitely use them again.

Sage was the general contractor for my new construction house. I have been very satisfied with Sage and their attention and cooperation. Shawn is great business owner, ha has been great in understanding what I needed and were proactive in recommending resolutions. Overall we are pleased with their service and professional knowledge in home construction.

We went with Sage Construction because I knew a little about the people and we were attempting to put a roof on our home which had estimates in excess of $40,000 from GAF Master Certified companies. While we were reeling from the cost of the shingles in the first place ($189/square) - we knew that they would be perfect on our home and would outlast our lifetimes. No regrets there. Sage went out of their way to be sure my skylights were replaced and reset properly, gave me copper gutter valleys, fixed several roof areas, cut a ridge vent, and even tried to make our old gutters work (the only disaster in this project). I had 14 people on the job site the day of the roofing and these folks did a fantastic job. It was very expensive ($21,000), but the roof will last forever and I'll get every dime back out of it should I need to sell. My only regret was letting them leave the old gutters up. It made for a bad installation in a couple of areas and left the whole house looking bad when they finished. We pulled down the old gutters, called Starling, and had LeafGuard put up within the month. House looks fantastic. I recommend Sage without hesitation.

These guys were outstanding. Fixed the roof leak by removing old shingles and laying down ice and water membrane and laying new shingles. I really needed it fixed fast so they guys came out the next day after surveying the job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Received a 2 year warranty if the leak ever came back. I highly recommend them.

We met with Shawn 2 weeks prior to onset of job and discussed options for driveway extension. He is knowledgeable,
helpful and listened to our concerns.
His crew arrived promptly at 7am on the scheduled day for work to begin.
During the 12 hours the team was here, each member was busy-even during lunch time they took turns to eat.
We are pleased with the finished project and intend to use SAGE for all further home improvement projects.

I needed to add a section of driveway to the side of my home. I spoke to a man named Shawn, he was unbelievably professional, honest, and respectful. The entire team was! They came to my home at 7a.m. and were done by 4p.m. The same day! There was never a time that someone was not working on my project. To me this is a HUGE deal. Other projects I have had done with similar companies, there is always some type of issue. Everyone taking breaks and prolonging the job an unreasonable amount of time, or changing things on me to make more money. It just came across very dishonest. With Sage this was not the case. Also, before the driveway addition could even be started I had to have some trees removed. The tree service I called told me unfortunately they were weeks behind, and that it would be some time before someone could come out to me. I of course was not happy about this. They asked me who was doing the work on my home and when I told them Sage Custom Contracting was the company, they put everything else on the back burner, and came out almost immediately. This was also very impressive. It's not everyday you find such a well respected company. I will definitely be using them on any project in the future, and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

The owner of the company initially meet with me to discuss what I wanted and how the job would go. We discussed price and signed contracts. The job was started on the promised day. The workers were professional and nice and got right to work as expected tearing up the old floor. Once the team finished and prepped, the floor company came in to install tile. They were also very nice and professional as well. The final day the original team came back to replace all kitchen appliances and put the molding back around edge of floor and install our transition strips as well. At the end of the job, cleanup took place and the owner informed me the job was complete. He made it convenient to make the final payment by meeting with my husband to pickup check. I was very pleased overall with their service and would definitely use them again for any general contracting needs I may have.
