"The manager came and surveyed the job. He had me take pictures to see if there was a leak coming from the ceiling of my porch. I took the photos and there wasn't any water. I took the porch light down to check in there as well. No water. I sent the photos in and in a few days had a quote for putting up soffit. I added one item to the list, which was putting the porch swing back up. I had a new quote very quickly. Once paid, I had to wait several weeks but I was on the schedule. The two gentlemen installing the soffit came out and took measurements, left to get the parts, and returned quickly. They got it all up in a couple of hours, including putting the swing and light back in place. Looks great! My only critique is that the manager didn't come out to follow up on the job to discuss what they would do, but I take some of the responsibility of not asking enough questions. "Fantastic and professional. We have a small house and lost some of our gutters to a snow storm, so we decided to renovate the rest of our gutter system while repairing the damaged sections. Working with HGE was a refreshingly positive experience. All of their team members were courteous, straightforward, and responsive. The work took two days with a weather interruption in between, but communication was prompt which let us accommodate the weather. All in all, great company. I just wish they did fencing so I could hire them again."
