"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. After some minor confusion over faucet models, Jeff carried out a swift, professional installation, even though he had to climb over enough boxes and junk in the basement to almost resemble the set for "Hoarders". "I have used Roy for three items, the latest being a hot water heater replacement (mine had a super vent, hence the higher cost). I first used Roy for a subpump emergency a few years ago. "After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Our new kitchen included new flooring, which extended into joining laundry room (we chose porcelain tile),  level 1 granite counter top, tile backsplash, paint, new cabinets, and electrical work (we replaced a big light with 4 recessed lights, and moved the location of our appliances.)

New half bathroom included new vanity, granite counter top, flooring (which extended into the entry way), paint, and they installed a new toilet, mirror and light fixture which we purchased separately.

Ocean's estimate was the best we received. (One contractor gave an estimate for just refacing cabinets which was almost as much as Ocean's for brand new ones.) They also had great reviews on Angie's List so we decided to go with them. We worked with Sean. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our installers were a team of 3 that worked very efficiently and cleaned up after each work day.

There were a few hiccups along the way, but I think that can be expected when doing such a major job. Both Sean, and the installers made sure that we were happy in the end.

We would definitely use them again. The price was great, as was the quality of work and professionalism.

"We paid extra to have the older layers of glaze removed before the new layer was added, and to have a new drain installed after the rust was repaired. The tub looks great! They were responsive in coming back to ensure the tub was sanded smooth.

"Mary scheduled the appointment and called to confirm.  Dave did the installation.  He arrived on time, was polite, and accommodated our request on where to locate the battery for the system.  He showed me how to use the system and left the room clean as if no work had been done.  The main pump probably is nearing the end of its life and we will use this company again to replace it.
