I think $2000 for a 40 gal hot water heater is excessive He asked about Monday I said OK then he called back and said today (Friday) I think the charge may have been for an emergency but that is not what I asked for. I also asked for a quote on AC. He was going to give me a quote then said He would provide a proposal that was last Friday a week ago. The workers did an excellent job. The boss just.

This was my second opinion on an hvac system with a bad fan motor. The previous assessment from a different company was that I needed a new system entirely, but the RC Mechanical technician came out and fixed the issue same-day. He was very professional, efficient, and (most importantly to me) honest in his dealings with us. I would highly recommend him to anyone else needing hvac repair.

Our air conditioning went out on a very hot afternoon. RC Mechanical immediately responded to our call and a technician arrived within the hour. TJ was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem, explained what needed to be done, and performed the repair in a prompt manner. He answered all our questions. Very pleased! A+.

Chose RCM based on a recommendation from Home Advisor and their quote. Their estimate for a AC coil replacement was $400 cheaper than others. TJ did an excellent job. Kept us informed during the whole effort. Work was excellent. Price was exactly as quoted with no pressure for additional add-one. Would definitely call them again.

Stop reading reviews. Call TJ at RC Mechanical. I'm a new homeowner and I had a lot of questions about the unit. TJ was on time, patient with my questions, and honest/transparent about next steps. He fixed what needed to be taken care of, did NOT nickel and dime me with some minor repair work and laid out a service plan for the coming years. The cost for the initial visit was both fair and reasonable. We will be working with TJ and RC Mechanical as long as they're in business. TJ was honest and efficient. I highly recommend RC and suggest you hire them with confidence.

The fan motor needed to be replaced. They installed the replacement quickly and worked well, but motor is a bit noisy compared to the old one.
