"We were disappointed when Shawn found out that local govt regs would not allow us to repair and replace our deck with the one we had long hoped for. Shawn was sympathetic and designed a couple of options that would allow us to continue with a new deck that met with local govt regs. The next set of designs he provided us with allowed us to downsize our plans and finalize a contract. When Shawn and his crew began work we were told it would probably take a week. NO, THREE WORKING DAYS AFTER work was commenced the deck had its final inspection and we occupied the new deck. A couple of other comments. Shawn was not fazed as the usual hiccups showed a wort or two that nobody could forsee and he found a way to solve the problems quickly.
