"We used PI Kitchen and Bath in Winchester for a complete kitchen renovation and had a very good experience. Our kitchen was original to the house and we were ready for a major change, but we were not completely sure what would work best with the space. The design team helped us figure out a layout that gave us more storage and counter space without trying to force things that did not make sense for our home. They also made choosing the cabinets, countertops, backsplash and hardware much easier than I expected. Construction went smoothly and communication was good throughout the project. "Dave, the man who did the work, was very knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done to correct the shower water leak problem. He removed some of the shower wall tiles and found water had damaged a small section of the water resistant drywall to which those ceramic tiles were attached. He replaced that damaged section with cement board and then attached new ceramic tiles. I had decided to also replace the shower door and Dave did that work. Dave also replaced a separate section of regular drywall adjacent to the shower door that was damaged. Dave also quickly replaced a damaged GFCI outlet. Dave has a pleasant personality. He always kept me well informed about what he was doing. He did a good job cleaning the work site after he finished."

What stood out to us was how much time they spent listening to what we actually wanted instead of trying to push us toward a particular design. Overall the project went very well. We did have an issue come up during installation that we were concerned about, but our project manager responded immediately. He came out, explained what needed to be done and had the crew correct it. Remodeling rarely goes exactly as planned, so I think how a company handles those situations says a lot about them. The finished kitchen is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. We are very pleased with our decision and would use PI Kitchen and Bath again."
