"Job was done on time with good attention to detail and a very responsive team of deck masters! Best price out of three estimates for replacing wood decking with trex. I highly recommend this contractor."

"Mark and his team were phenomenal! I highly recommend his service! I had to quickly turn my 25 year old home into a quality, long-term rental unit. I needed a team that I could trust to fully assess the house, get on the schedule quickly, and get the job done right. Mark was punctual, organized, transparent, and very easy to talk to as I walked through my long list of small and big repairs. He helped me prioritize items and made sensible recommendations. His team executed the plan on schedule and remained onsite for 2 weeks through completion. The crew was professional, thorough, and cleaned up each night. When we uncovered additional items, Mark and his team explored the options to identify the best solution. It was clear that they respected each otherâ s opinions on solving the more complicated repairs and they cared that I had a good outcome. I could not be more pleased. It was a smooth, stress-free experience. Thank you to Mark and his wonderful team; my home looks great! Replaced roof; painted 80% of interior house and exterior white trim; lifted/leveled deck, assessed for rotted wood, and stained; re-aligned tall vertical wood privacy wall and stained; power washed exterior; fixed creaky wood floorboards under carpet; fixed exterior rusted iron railings and wooden railing inside house; repaired highly damaged closet wall and re-hung shelving; re-finished wood floors and stained; re-stained nicked wooden bathroom vanities for fresh look; replaced 3 exteriors doors with new framings that included a set of French doors; poured concrete slab for large A/C unit that needed new foundation; prepared driveway for full asphalt replacement by creatively leveling and protecting a small, sunken embedded emergency drain pipe in the driveway; discovered and repaired disconnected dryer vent pipes in the wall and replaced drywall; replaced rotted wood on front porch portico; and repaired cement cracks in the masonry located on the front facade of the home."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the deck repair that Jose and Melvin of JW Home Improvement performed for us. The attention to detail, beautiful joints, use of screws instead of nails, and the particular attention appearance and completeness. The site was left spotless. A special thanks for your dedication to working in such cold weather. Thanks."

"EcoDecks team did a very professional and beautiful job replacing our old deck with a new one. They were detailed, timely, reliable, and the workmanship of the deck is excellent. They used high quality lumbar. It was a pleasure having this team replace our deck and I look forward to using this company in the future."

"Five years ago Rick and his team had completed a full rehab of our deck and we love it. Recently, a material defect occurred and Rick stood by his work when the manufacturer would not. At his expense, he got new material and provided the same great carpenters, (Skip, Gary, and Heracio) as last time and made things right. I highly recommend their work and am happy to share their name with everyone who enjoys our deck. Check out the photos.Thank you again."

"Metropolitan took-up and reset brickwork on a patio below my deck and replaced framing on a house doorway on the deck. Work was done well and clean-up was excellent!"

"Did a solid job cleaning the deck. Initial seal did not look right, so company came back to fix it. It looks much better now."

"Job was completed in a timely fashion and very professionally. Luis always answered my phone calls with any questions and handled it quickly. My deck is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier."

"this was a job to address paint touch-ups and corner posts that had rot at the bottoms on a cedar sided house. efficient, thoughtful, disciplined approach to the proposal. all appointments were kept and punctual. detailed quote provided and all questions answered. was pleased with the time they took for me to understand how and why they quoted the way they did. when the work started, we did a walkthrough and confirmed everything. towards the end, another walkthrough to confirm that they executed the plan to our satisfaction. several small, fair, change orders for some conditions that could not be seen during original quote. on comparison of their proposal quote to others and research on how they wanted to address repairs, it was well supported as the best approach. other's had quoted complete repainting for siding in good condition. they were able to easily color match and focus on repairs to the few areas that needed attention. very happy with the work."
