I had them install railing on my deck, wrap the deck in PVC board, and add river rock under the deck. I also had them repair the roof to my shed and repair the rock facade to my front porch. Chase, by far, exceeded my expectations and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone doing remodeling."

"We hired Precision Renovation after the city damaged the foundation of our building when they installed brick pavement in the alley. After getting several bids, Precision provided the most comprehensive estimate and very reasonable cost (although they were not the cheapest of bids, they were the most professional and detail oriented contractors). Fast forward 18 months, a delivery truck hit one of our retaining walls. Again, we got several estimates, and we called on Precision to provide one of those estimates. We choose Precision for the job, their estimate was inline with the other contractors, and were familiar and trusted the quality of Precision s work Like before, they were very professional, detailed oriented, cost effective and reliable.
