Steve and his crew enclosed our patio to make a four-season sunroom and we couldn't be more delighted with the results! From start to finish everything was done according to our request, and now we have a gorgeous area that lets in natural light that and is a pleasure to use.

Even with unexpected weather delays, job was done quickly and well.

We were very satisfied at the quality of work done. They were a cheerful group who worked steadily. They took care to try to protect the flowerbed and cleaned up after. Mr. Harvey was present the whole time.

Excellent. Steve provided a fair quote, reviewed the roofing texture and color options, and the work was done timely and his crew was professional. The crew also spent significant time cleaning up the debris that comes with a roof replacement. I have used Steve's services for a number of years and each time everything went well. I think one reason Steve can be more cost effective is that he does not have the fancy glossy brochures and dedicated salespeople. He takes time to meet you, discuss what you need, and give you a fair quote. That's fine by me.

I originally found Steve via Angie's List and he has done several jobs for me; all on time and at a reasonable cost. However, when my roof began leaking after this winter's heavy snows, Steve really outdid himself.
He came out, looked at the roof and then met with my insurance company to determine the optimal solution which ultimately meant replacing every board and all the shingles.
To work around my schedule, he brought in two crews to finish the job faster in a single day. Even the Insurance Adjuster who was there told me he was impressed with Steve.
Steve felt so strongly about the benefit of architectural shingles, that when I made the decision against them because of the extra cost (that the insurance would not pay for) Steve said he would pay the difference if that?s what it took. And he did. How?s that for putting the customer first?
I will definitely use Steve for other jobs. He is excellent, and honest. What else could you ask for?

I can't say enough great things about Steve.  I am currently deployed and dealing with Steve from a distance has been as convenient as possible.  He has kept me informed and has worked closely with the person watching my house during this time.  I have seen numerous pictures and heard such positive things about his work.  I am BLOWN away by the pictures of the new door he installed.  The trim is unbelievable, it looks amazing!  The entire house looks fantastic.  Steve truly went above and beyond.  He noticed that our shutters were the wrong size and he took it upon himself to order us all new shutters, at no cost.  The siding on the house had gotten extremely dirty since leaving it months ago and Steve got a buddy of his to power wash it for us, at no cost.  I'm not sure if it is because Steve is prior military, or just a really great person, but he did all of this to make sure our house was looking good for our return.  I heard that Steve made sure everything was done right before moving on, was extremely knowledgeable about his craft, and has excellent advice and ideas.  Everyone who worked at the house was really nice and our house sitter said he would hire them all himself.  Steve also referred us to someone to install flooring and even brought him over to the house to get us a quote.  We also hired him (Morland?) and are very thankful for that referral as he did an excellent job!  Steve was quick to respond all around.  He was easy to get ahold of, he came out to the house quickly, and he got started quickly.  It is evident that he truly takes pride in his work and company.  Thank you so much Steve!

It was a very satisfying experience.  The contractor called us back the evening of the same day we called, and was able to come out to look at the job that evening.  Our firewood stack and other items were in the way of the work, and we told the contractor before he did the estimate that we would move the firewood and other items away from the work area.  We called two other contractors and got an estimate from one of them.  When we told Stephen Harvey Enterprises that we wanted to accept his estimate, we also told him we would start on moving the stuff out of the way the next day.  He told us he would order the materials and start work in a few days.  To our surprise, he showed up the very next day and dropped off a young man to move the firewood and other stuff.  The young man was courteous and worked hard.  He stacked the wood where I asked him to.  The siding crew began a few days later.  They were also very courteous, did very nice work and cleaned up well afterwards.  The business owner was not on the site most of the time, but stopped by several times to observe the progress.  Then he came back when it was done to inspect the finished work and ask if we were happy with it.  We are very happy with it and would use this contractor again and have already recommended him to two other people.

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job!  When Steve arrived to provide the estimate, he was very detailed in the work he would perform. He also made some excellent suggestions that we had not considered.  After giving Steve the go-ahead, the work soon began and progressed smoothly. The final result exceeded our expectations. Our house looks new again, and we are extremely pleased with the quality work Steve provided, and with the competitive price.  We would not hesitate to hire Steve for additional work in the future!

It was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner. The gentlemen that came were very polite and very nice. Everything worked out really well. In fact, I am going to call them again for this year. They showed up when they said that they would and they got the job done quickly than they said that it would be done.

After interviewing several companies to paint my home's exterior, Mr. Harvey provided a convincing case for why we should wrap it instead.  His company provides a high quality product, fast installation, and expert workmanship.  They followed-up with all of my concerns and questions during the install and they were very careful when pulling down the existing rain gutters and spouts.  I was very impressed with Mr. Harvey's experience in assessing what we needed.  Overall, he never pressured us with an up-sell or upgrade.  He gave us exactly what we needed and delivered a real value. 

Steve Harvey and his crew were  utterly awesome.  The house is over 50 years old and had had little work done to it since I was involved in  purchasing the property  in 2007.  Although I have done design work in the past,  I authorized Steve to select many of the paints and replacement items.   I am rather particular,  but I love everything that Steve selected!!   The renovations started on Aug. 19 and except for again cleaning the brick exterior and waiting for  the trim on the fireplace set,  we completed on Nov. 1.   Unfortunately,  Steve and I both thought we could paint the original pine kitchen cabinets a light cream color, but we were Not pleased with the results.  Hence,  we lost almost three weeks waiting for the customized oak kitchen cabinets.  However,  they were definitely worth the wait!   They are gorgeous!  



I have renovated other houses in the past and I can assure you,  I have never worked with anyone who does the type of quality work that Steve and his personally selected crew did at a reasonable price.   He was very responsive and stayed in touch by phone almost daily. Above all,  Steve is totally trustworthy.  He is also  a retired Army Warrant Officer.   Steve Harvey Enterprises LLC is the only company  that I want to be involved in my future renovations.

The subcontractor completed the work in a timely manner and even helped us with another unrelated repair.  We were very pleased the his professionalism and knowledge.

In addition to above power wash of fence using the Angies list coupon, for an additional amount
he took care of some carpenter bee nests which were eating into our house and repaired and
painted the wood where the bee population had destroyed the integrity of the wood.
He lost money on the fence as it was much larger than he thought but stated that since his wife had
put the ad in Angies List he would honor the price and do the fence for the advertised price of $233.00

Hard worker, very nice person. I am having my patio doors replaced in the Fall and will certainly get
a price quote from him.

They arrived on time, got to work right away.  They did not use harsh chemicals, just water and pressure washer, so it didn't harm any of my plants.  They did a lot more than we ever expected.  We purchased a four hour pressure washing job, but they put in a 8.5 hour day at our home cleaning our home, porch, sidewalk around our back and front yard, deck and large and long driveway!  House and everything looks great.  We would hire them again for sure and recommend them to others!

The provider stopped by my home to review what ware need at a convenient time.  To perform the work,
the provider arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work we had agreed to during my absence.  The house looks great!

I have already scheduled some additional work (replacing some rotted wood, Siding repair and roof repair). I'll let you know how it goes.Mr. Harvey showed up as scheduled, inspected the house and discussed expectations. His crew showed up on time was professional and worded hard. The job was done well they accomplished more than expected.
